  3. proof of financial support from bank or employer.  Cholera and yellow fever
  4. immunizations required and malarial suppressants recommended.  Adult
  5. travelers (over age 16) must exchange $100 minimum upon arrival and declare
  6. other foreign currency on an exchange control form (M), certified and
